Dance Studio - PE Complex
Join us this Monday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the PEC Room 241 (Dance Studio) for Hatha Yoga! This is a traditional form of yoga class focusing on pranayama, meditation, and proper alignment in asanas. Introducing basic backbends, twists, and beginner inversions to building strength, flexibility, and balance as well as improving concentration.
** This class is suitable for and potentially challenging for all levels as it can be taken as easily or deeply as one’s body demands on a given day**
Yoga mats and/or any props required for the classes will be provided.
Limited to 5 participants at a time (first come first serve).
