Dance Studio - PE Complex
This is a traditional form of yoga class focusing on pranayama, meditation, and proper alignment in asana. Introducing basic backbends, twists, and beginner inversions through a flow of asanas to building strength, flexibility, and balance as well as improving concentration.
This class is for beginner and intermediate-level participants.
Staff/Faculty $40 for 16 classes or $24for 8 classes
Community $80 for 16 classes or $48 for 8 classes
- Passes expire at the end of each semester.
- Passes allow admittance to any class.
