Dance Studio - PE Complex
Join us on Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the PEC Room 241 (Dance Studio) for a functional workout! The class focuses on movements from everyday activities – like Bending (Hip Hinge), Walking (Gait), Pull (Lift), Push (Putting something away), and Rotational movements (Twisting). Over the course of time, we will utilize different types of equipment, to improve balance and movement patterns.
Yoga mats and/or any props required for the classes will be provided.
Limited to 5 participants at a time (first come first serve).
*Masks are required at all times*
