Dance Studio - PE Complex


Join us on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the PEC Room 241 (Dance Studio) for a HIIT workout! This 40-minute High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. The session consists of a 10-minute warm-up, short bursts of intense exercises followed by short recovery breaks, and end with a nice cooldown stretch. Plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, sprints, and other training techniques may be included to blast all the major muscle groups.

Yoga mats and/or any props required for the classes will be provided.

Limited to 5 participants at a time (first come first serve).
